StockWatch uses Yahoo! Finance symbol structure for quotes. If the symbol does not exist on Yahoo! Finance (US), then it will not be found in StockWatch. If the symbol exists but is not coming up in the App, please let us know or use 'Add Anyway?'. Data is delayed at least 15 minutes.

StockWatch is a fantastic app to manage your portfolios and set new stocks to watch. The app allows you to manage several portfolios at once, and reports to you the total gain on your portfolios since you began tracking them, as well as a day-to-day gain. It also reports the total value of the portfolio and provides details and graphs on the companies featured. In a completely separate tab, the app also allows you to watch stocks not in any portfolio of yours.

Data is taken from yahoo!, so any investor interested in day trading will not find this app useful. Data typically reports a 15 minute delay. Fetch intervals can be set manually, if desired. Another unique feature is that is a part of Stock Watch is that when a company's information is clicked on, one option option available is "News." Having instant access to news reports on any companies that you are watching is an excellent feature. To read the news, Stock Watch will have to shut off and go to Safari.

Stockwatch contains many excellent features that are an upgrade from the standard "Stocks" that Apple provides. If you're interested in investment, Stock Watch is an excellent app at an extremely reasonable price.
